Does Cisco ISR4221-SEC/K9 support IP SLA feature?

I wanna buy a router for my company, we have 2 MPLS links connect to us partner. And we're wanna use IP SLA to track/monitor/HA that links. Does Cisco ISR4221-SEC/K9 support IP SLA feature?

Yes you will need the APPX license for that feature on a 4221
