Drops in serial interface

I am facing strange issue when configuring Serial interface.

There are drop (70 - 80 % success) when pinging connected interface IP.

But when the link is looped from remote end, no packets are dropping.

My understanding is ICMP doesnt leave interface when pinging connected interface IP.

Could somebody tell me why this dropping happaning?

When pinging from router, should leave interface. Check counters.

Ok, traffic leaaving connected interface when pinging the connected interface IP.

Out put drops increasing.

Because 80 % successful, can we asume CRC settings are correct?

Again, look at show interface to see if there are errors and of which type.
