The log of one of our dsl-routers shows a lot of this messages:

*Oct 9 11:14:52 MEST: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Virtual-Access1, changed state to down
*Oct 9 11:15:14 MEST: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Virtual-Access1, changed state to up
No errors at the hardware interface.
How to debug this issue?
