E1 Interface taking errors

Hi Experts,

Currently our E1 interface is taking errors and we have checked a few times that the transmission is working fine (a few BERT test). We also have verified that the port on both ends are working fine by performing hard loopback test.

I've noticed that the ISP router show interface is showing subrate: 64Kb/s while the customer router show interface is showing SCC: 0. May I know if this could be reason why we keep on seeing error on the interface?
