hi there
i upgraded my catlyst 6506 ios from c6sup22-dsv-mz.121-23.E2.bin to s222-ipservices_wan-mz.122-18.SXF7.bin
but the swicth has crashed nwo getin into rommon
the error

Hi there,
I don't thik that tftpdnld works for Catalyst 6K, i think that you have to go for xmodem or use the boot image to download the image using tftp (which might not be an option here), or as a last resort if you have a platform utlilzing the same file system use it to put the old image on a PCMCIA card and boot your switch with it (actually this works great).

copied old image to PCMCIA and in ROMMON > boot disk0:
its comes up . but when i restart it goes to again rommon MODE .
I did changed Boot parameter . but no luck ..
plese guide me what excat command i have to issue or change

Its that simple, after booting it up from the rommon issue the following:
config-register 0x2102
boot system disk0:
write memory
