find: /bootflash/: Input/output error

Hello - 

I need help with this error on my router. I haven't try to reboot it yet but I'm just wondering what might have caused this error. From the Internet forum, it seems like a hardware issue. What can I do to determine the root cause? Do I have an option to fix it without rebooting the router? Thanks in advance.

 - Since this might indicate a 'strong problem' with your router I would first of all save the current running config to a destination outside the router. Then issue fsck bootflash:    Then and in the end you will have to test whether this device can still survive a reboot, and reboot it (possible during a none-production period and or having a standby device in place , for instance).
