Flash was erased on a 2811 ESW. Trying to reload IOS. Following the procedure here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/interfaces/software/feature/guide/eesm_sw.pdf
The problem is I have no xmodem to copy to. See below:

I don't understand. What appliance has lost the IOS? The router or the switch module?

Hi Leo. Thanks so much for responding.
The switch module lost its IOS.
I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but I'm following the directions from the doc from the OP.
The directions state:
This procedure is recommended only for recovery of a corrupted image. To perform this procedure, the
Cisco enhanced EtherSwitch service module must be at the boot loader prompt, and the console from the
router to the Cisco enhanced EtherSwitch service module must be disconnected for the Xmodem
Protocol to work.
SUMMARY STEPS
1. service-module interface slot/port password-reset
2. flash_init
3. control+shift+6 x (Use x to get back to the router prompt.)
4. disconnect
5. copy flash: xmodem: or copy tftp: xmodem:
6. service-module interface slot/port session
7. dir flash:
8. boot flash:image
I'm not really sure what to do as I've never experienced this before, but these directions don't make sense to me. Another thing I've tried is gong into the switch and using xmodem to copy to the flash. That gets stuck on Packet # 3 with 384 Bytes transferred. Image attached.

The steps you are reading has to be done on the router. The ESW doesn't have a physical console port. Everything goes through the router.

No, I understand that. It's just my router doesn't have the option to copy to xmodem. I think I'm all set now, though.
I put the switch module into another router and it is transferring now
