FQDN in an access-list for QoS

We are trying to prioritise traffic destined for ap1.salesforce.com. Can we create an extended access-list that matches web traffic destined for this domain name?

Thanks. I did see that link but was not sure as it pertained to the ASA. But I suppose this should work for any ACL?
