If carrier makes FR loop, can we see the loop on router by inputing show interface serial xxx?And how about the interface and line protocol?

Typically you should see "UP/DOWN (Looped)" if the carrier has the loop pointing in the right direction.

Does FR has any loop detection tech?

You can see the loop by doing a "Show Controllers"
In normal mode, you'd normally see a line that says"Loopback not set"
In loop mode, it indicates that a loop is up.
Loopback must be enabled on the interface or the carrier will not be able to put up the loop. The command is "loopback enable" .... but I don't remember if it goes on the "Service Module" or the serial interface.
In that case (loopback mode not enabled), you'll get a report back from the carrier "We could loop the smartjack, but not the CSU, you have a problem with either the extended demarc (the cable from the smartjack to the router/CSU) or your equipment."
Good Luck
