I just started with a company and trying to improve performance across 7 pvcs in a frame-cloud. I have a 3845 with a bonded 2xT1(3088mbps) connection into frame cloud. The 7 remote sites connect into the frame cloud at varying speeds T1, 768, 368, then on to central site point-to-point. The central sites pvcs subinterfaces(PTP) have bandwidth configure at the remote access rate. I beleive that the central sites PVC's bandwidth should be evenly distributed between the configured subinterfaces. So 3088/7=441, roughly 440 k bandwidth configured on the PVCs central site subinterfaces as not to have them oversubscribe and cause as many BECNs. is this a good approach to configuring pvcs as for now we are doing static routing but soon dynamic routing will be needed?

Hi,
The 'bandwidth' command configured on the subinterface isn't enforcing how much data the PVC is allowed to send but it's used for metric calculation by some routing protocols and is used for monitoring purposes.
Since you have remote sites that are connecting to the central site at varying speeds and you do not want to any site to oversubscribe the available bandwidth + ensure equitable distribution of bandwidth you need to configure frame relay traffic shaping to achieve this.
Here's a couple of links that provide info on FRTS.
