I have setup a new tunnel on our 12000 series router. Unfortunately I am unable to ping the internal tunnel IP address of interface I just created nor the other side (Zscaler). I am told the tunnel won't actually be "up" until traffic is passing through it (don't know if that is true).
Anyway the configuration is pretty standard, and when I do show route for the IP address across the other side of the tunnel, it does come back stating the IP address is directly connected over the tunnel interface.
Any ideas?
