Hardware reset of Cisco Router

As I halt on the power on, even go into the RMon, system halt and cannot allow to reset memory, what can I do the hardware reset or solve the halt problem?

Problem fixed!

It is because my USB console cable issues, after changing the USB port connected, it can be entered in the router.
