The only correct answer here would be not more than 2 Mb. And I'm not kidding. The download speed on PC will depend on many factors, what is the speed of server it is downloading from, what is the speed of internet path through providers, how many PC compete for this link causing congestion to each other, if you have QoS enabled and priority traffic, etc.
Without knowing all that you can't predict speed of PC download and indeed that will vary based on all above.
