Hi All,cisco router 2811 not getting boot from new uploaded flash

Hi All,

A cisco 2811 router which not booting from newly uploaded IOS in flash after successfully copied it boot from the old IOS and also change boot order

Post the entire bootup process.  

 

Kindly post the output to the command "dir".
