high CPU util and ISM Module for cisco 3945E

HI,

i connect to the client via IPSEC using CISCO 3945E router, consuming 90mbps bandwidth through the IPSEC, when found the curtailment limit i purchase the LIC and ISM mobule card for the router, but still the CPU reaches 90% at peak usage. how can i tune that.

expert suggestion needed so this. below is my show inv report::

It sounds to me like your crypto module is not being used - or it is not a crypto issue but something else you are doing that is using the CPU.  Are you able to post your config?  What is the output of "show license"?  What software version are you running?
