Can anyone tell me what are the default values for the hold-down timers for RIP and IGRP ?
Also am I right in saying that the router does not believe any new routes to the failed subnet until the hold-down timer expires, EXCEPT for :-
(i) routes learned from the original interface the route was learned from
AND
(ii) routes with a smaller metric ?
