How can i upgrade the IOS of cisco 1905 router?

I have router 1905 which running IOS is C1900-UNIVERSALK9-M , how can I upgrade this IOS  ?

If you have a valid Service Contract then you can download the IOS of your choice from the Cisco website.

Copy the IOS to the TFTP server and from the router, invoke the command "copy tftp:///.bin flash0:.bin".
