How to change the X25 Protocol ID in CUD field

I have problem in running X25 switching between PVC and SVC. The setup is very similar to Cisco reference document.

Except that, when SVC call setup packet is send from ther router, the router send out packet with Protocol ID field set with hex "01" value in the first byte. But the expected value should be "02"

Now, I want to know if there is any router command could alter the Protocol ID field. Please see the attachement for network diagram and router config.

not sure of any router command to change the PID's, see the following link for information on Protocol Identification field :
