How to configure wccp ?

I have question.  if I've  2  cache    such as 1. blue coat proxy  2. cache flow

so I would like test specify source  for deference the traffic  to web cache 

this is example 

IP 1.1.1.1  to bluecoat

IP 1.1.1.2 to cache flow

I need  example config wccp  for this case .
