Hello Guys,
I got my CCNA last year and finishing study my CCNP 5 months ago, but since I'm not in Networking 100%. I need someone that I can ask questions and give some advice.
Anyone?
Thanks!

That's what these forums are for ie. if you have a question or a problem you post your question and usually someone will answer.
Not sure why you are asking for a specific mentor as such, just use the forums like everyone else does.
Perhaps I have misunderstood ?

You are right!
I have a bad experience with my last professor, he thinks our questions are stupid questions, and if you confront him, he makes your life miserable.Anyways...
Maybe a group a group to share labs and review with opinions and tips, I don't know it's my frist time here.

People on this forum are always happy to help and you should not get anybody trying to make things difficult for you.
However if you are looking for a group setup you may want to try out the Cisco Learning Network which concentrates on certifications and the theory of how everything works whereas this site deals more (although not exclusively) with production networks.
Not trying to stop you using this site, you are more than welcome and you will get good answers to your questions but it is probably worth having a look at the other site as well to see which one you think is most suitable.

hi,
aside from jon's great advice, you could also read networking blogs.
you'll need to make an effort to learn IT stuff (same goes with other profession).
you can't just depend on a professor (or mentor).
you could also ask your peers or a work colleague who's willing to guide/mentor you in your IT career.
good luck!

he thinks our questions are stupid questions
I call bullsh1t.
In my line of work, there is no such thing as a stupid question. If your professor is the type to think that they are then maybe he's one of those who's afraid to share his experience and/or is afraid that someone might call his teachings "old school".
And for the record, the only "stupid" questions are the ones no one dares to ask.

Thank you Guys,
My first step is try to connect one of my 2811 to my friends house with another 2811, we don't have Static IP's it's just a experiment to create a VPN and Test our NAT skills after that ACL.
Any Advice?
We have so much lab knowledge but no real life experience.

If you are talking about a site to site VPN then at least one end needs a static IP as far as I know otherwise neither side can make the connection.
You may want to post a question into the VPN forums as there might be people there who know a way of doing it.
