In search of Multicast Lab VLC

can anyone point me in the direction of a SIMPLE VLC multicast lab?

I don't even mind if it's 1 or 2 routers, a VM and loopback

I just want to be able to stream from one end to the next and test out commands afterwards

At it's most basic assuming you want to test multicast routing you need a router, and two VMs (client and server for VLC).
