InterVLAN routing on Catalyst 4948

Hello,

I'm new to the forum so forgive me if this has been addressed. I did a search and did not find the answer.

I want to know if the 4948 supports inter-VLAN routing. All of the online documentation indicates that, with the right software, routing protocols are supported but it doesn't come out and say, "Yes, the 4948 does do inter-VLAN routing."

It is a critical feature requirement in my alternative data center project, so I want to get it right.

Yes. 4948 supports inter VLAN routing. It is based on 4500 platform. Please see the below link for different models of 4948
