IP address negotiated command not working on Cisco C841M-4X/K9 Router

When we configure ip address negotiate on Dialer 0 interface we are not able to get IP address

When we check show ip int brief Ip address is not assigned whereas when we remove Ip add negotiation command and enter Ip address manually then it works.

IOS version : c800-universalk9-mz.spa.155-1.t1.bin

Hello,

try and add 'ppp ipcp accept-address' to the dialer interface configuration.

If that doesn't help, post the config of your router...

I have reset the dialer 0 interface to default and again reconfigured it and it started getting IP address.
