IP Port map custom protocol in IOS XE

Hi,

Wanted to replace ISR G2 2901 with ISR 4431.

The old config transferred.

Problem:

Router(config)#ip port-map user-?
% Unrecognized command

Router(config)#ip port-map user-AccApp
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Why?

The pre-defined ip port-map protocols work fine.

Router(config)#ip port-map ?
802-11-iapp IEEE 802.11 WLANs WG IAPP
ace-svr ACE Server/Propagation
aol America-Online Instant Messenger
appleqtc Apple QuickTime
bgp Border Gateway Protocol
biff Bliff mail notification

It is the same problem as:

https://208.74.205.244/t5/network-security/defining-custom-pam-or-protocol-for-zbf/td-p/3063185

I think I can put our user-protocols it into access-lists. But I find that a step backwards, to use an acl for only a protocol. the built-in protocols are there, it's the logical place to add a user-protocol.

I can also modify an extisting unused ip port map, but that's messy then it's description doesn't match the protocoi.

Is there any supported IOS XE version that allows user protocols?

The IOS XE version currently on the 4431 is v16 Fuji
