I am using ip sla with ios currently in c1900 and 1800 series isr's fine. They currently will failover when an icmp echo response is not recieved from the isp gateway after a certain amount of time. I am wanting to know if they can be configured to failover after a certain amount of packet loss from isp and not just a total isp outage. Many times we have an issue with the primary isp that they are not totally down but latent. Wanting to know if ip sla can be configured to account for this

Hi Mialbert,
You can Configure a Tracked List and Boolean Expression in order your track list to have more than one IP SLA to check. So, in your case the track can fail if all the sla fails and not just an SLA as you have requested.
In brief, a tracked list contains one or more objects. The Boolean expression enables two types of calculation by using either "and" or "or" operators.
For example, when tracking two interfaces using the "and" operator, up means that both interfaces are up,
and down means that either interface is down.
You can find detailed examples to the next link:

hope that helps!
