ISDN backup on a Cisco 1801 device

Hi. Quick question. We have a Cisco 1801 device that uses ADSL as it's primary connection to the internet with an ISDN backup. Will the ISDN backup still work if we assign it a static IP (as opposed to auto-negotiate)? Thanks.

You should be fine, but without seeing your config, or knowing how your ISDN is backing you up (interface tracking or floating routes), it's all based on assumptions. :-)
