As a beginner, I am faced with issues that perplex my day. I need to gain access to the PING /TRACEROUTE to troubleshoot a critical feed. The ISR4221/K9 won't display the Navigation Menu. Is there a reason this is happening? Is there a solution?

For many of us the primary access for ping and for traceroute is via the command line. Am I correct in understanding that you prefer the web interface? In that case please provide details of how your 4221 is configured, especially for http server etc.
