ISR4331 No console. How does the console port module connect to the motherboard?

Hi All,

I recently got an ISR4431 router for my home lab and I can't get access to the console port, USB or Aux ports.  How do these connect to the main board?  I suspected a hardware problem and pulled them apart, however there is no direct connection between P1 on the module and the board.  Picture attached.  With the standoffs in place there is no possible connection between the terminals.  It looks like i'm missing a ribbon cable or soft terminal.  What should be here that's missing and how do I get one?
