IWAN Site-Prefix not getting updated in MASter

I have configured IWAN in my network 

All the master status and border status are UP .

BUt site prefixes are not getting updated properly and hence the traffic classes are not getting implement with pfr

Can you please suggest what are all possible issues for site prefix not getting learnt or populated in IWAN ?

Now site prefix of remote site branches have been updated. Not sure how its updated. Is there any timelines that policy will refresh and if so can we change the timelines ?

Moreover the traffic classes towards remote site is now monitored and controlled whereas from branch side its not controlled towards HUB side. 

Any thing to be checked on this further please ? Thanks
