l2tp connection without internet connection

when I do the l2tp protocol configuration it works perfectly when I connect but I have no internet connection

There are 2 ways to achive this, either you can allow central place to allow for internet access when the user login using L2tp to network or setup a split tunnel

when applying this command pseudowire xxxx 1 pw-class xxx on the wic ip of the wan does not allow
