I am want to practice my skills and kowledge on the stimulator.I have just pass my ccna exams couple months ago.I find it hard to get a job.where employer require commercial work experience.

What you need is to aim lower at first - No one gets their dream job right away. Once you get experience, then employers will want you more and more.

As a simulator you can always try using DYNAMIPS (with dynagen) or GNS3

Of course, there are very little jobs where you can come and see the complete map of the network right away.
