Can I have loadbalancing (not loadsharing )configured over two links from the same ISP in both multihomed and single homed architectures?If yes how?

When you are multihomed to 2 different routers, it is not possible to have a perfect loadbalance.

If they are multihomed to single router at both ends, then either you can do a standard CEF loadbalancing or bundle the 2 links into a single logical multilink and do loadbalancing
