I have three DS3 links connected between two routers. I want 50% of my traffic go through link1 ,30% go through link2 and remaining 20% traffic go through link.is there any way to acheive this.
Thanks,
Arun

Hi,
with EIGRP you could achieve this with unequal cost load sharing but that is the only way I can think of right now.

Besides Alain's suggestion of EIGRP, I believe OER or PfR (if supported on your platform) might do that, and it would do it dynamically. You might also be able to do static load balancing with 10 static routes, 5 on link1, 3 on link2 and 2 on link3. (NB: You'll need different next hop IPs for each static.)
