Losing Multicast feeds from through ASR 9010

We have a Big Band appliance which handles Cable channel feeds that connects to our ASR 9010. The multicast feeds are dropping every 3-5 minutes for a significant time yet the interface on the ASR 9K shows no errors or drops. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Is the multicast traffic impacted for any particular group or for all groups? The best way to troubleshoot it would be picking one problematic group and  focusing on that. Also, sometimes, it may be possible that some kind of process crash might be happening on the router related to mutlcast like mfib_forwarder. or there may be some errors related to mfib on the linecard or the RSP. There could be several factors. Also, How did you isoalate that the problem is on ASR9K and not anywhere else?

Could you please share the relevant topology:

Please capture the below commands from the problematic group:

- show mrib route <group> location <>

- show mfib route <group> location <>

Capture the above commands from the active RSP. These are just basic commands, but will capture other commands once there is more information.

Also, please share the following as well:

- show process blocked location <RSP>
- show process blocked location <LC>

These outputs needs to be captured when the traffic loss is seen.

Vinit
