MGX 8800 Problem during saveallcnf

I am getting an error during configuration saving using the command 'saveallcnf'

Creating C:/CNF/TMP/plfm:LineDrvDb.zip

Open file v1_0_0/DSX3_CFG.dat in ZIP

cmd controller detected ...................

cmd controller detected ...................

error in reading C:/DB/plfm:LineDrvDb/v1_0_0/DSX3_CFG.dat

Close an existing file in ZIP when zipClose()

Cannot zip directory C:/DB/plfm:LineDrvDb/ into file C:/CNF/TMP/plfm:LineDrvDb.zip

Can anyone please tell me why I am getting this error, and how to resolve it?

The shelf must not provision new circuits while this command is running. Do not run this command unless the shelf configuration is stable or you risk corrupting the saved configuration file.
