Hi,

does anybody pls know any IOS capable to run MPLS on 1812?

I wanted to put an 1812 to my lab configured as a PE, but neither BGP address-family vpnv4 nor mpls ip interface command are available in the

c181x-adventerprisek9-mz.124-24.T, nor in c181x-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4  :-(

It's working with no problem on 1841 and the Software Advisor says it should also be available on 1812!?

Thanks,

Milan

Hello Milan,

The 1800fixed series (inc. c1812) does not support MPLS/MPLS-VPN.

On CCO you could check this at:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/iosswrel/ps6537/ps6557/prod_white_paper0900aecd8051fbdc.html

If Feature Navigator says it is supported - it is an error of FN.

In older 12.4(15)Tx train IOS CLI parcer allows you to configure it (at least in Adv IP Services fs).

So it could work for you, but is it not an offical support.

Thanks,

Sergey

Hi Sergey,

you are correct, I loaded IOS  c181x-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T9 to the router and at least the commands are available now !

So I'll test if they also work :-)

Thanks a lot,

Milan
