Need help on BGP where seconday router interfaces,RX is not happening.Site has two MPLS links which are in active active mode, but on one of the router Rx load is not happening.Please advice

Do you see packets input increasing? If you have LDP adj over that interface can be a cosmetic issue (sounds strange, but...) That interface is in Half Duplex, i would fix forcing it too.

Yes,I can see the packets increasing on input and output of the interface of the secondary link.
The primary having the Full duplex and the secondary having the half-duplex. - will this need to be changed? please advice.

Hi,
Auto-nego is not working properly because of a fault cable or different vendors on each side, i would force it to 1000-full
