Hi
We are using ISR 4300 Series routers and we are having bandwidth issues with Speeds on the WAN side when connected to the router, i am not sure if the issue is with my Firewall or my router confg.

What model 4300, with what license, and what kinds of bandwidths? I ask because there are performance "caps" on ISR 4000 series.

Hi
We are using a 4331 with K\9 License. The Circuit is a 50M (EoC) Ethernet over Copper. Our Firewall vendor was able to get upto 36M on a test, but when you are on a PC on the local LAN side, users don't see \ get more than 10M Down \ 5-6M Up. This is a dedicated circuit and worked fine until we swapped out our previous router (SonicWALL) for the ISR 4331. We are using a hosted FortiGate configured for Proxy by IP. No traffic shapping or Bandwidth management.

Ok, a 4331 w/o a performance upgrade license is capped at 100 Mbps (aggregate), so it should be just enough to support a 50 Mbps (full duplex) circuit.
What's your CPU load look like during your tests and do ports show any errors?

Cpu is fine, we are connecting back to our core via DMVPN.

We are now having same issue with sites on MPLS as well. Not sure what's going on but we are having same bizarre upload issue across the board on all of our 4331's that were recently deployed.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. We are running the latest release.

One of our sites has outbound issues. We also use 4331 routers and that router was swapped beginning of this year due to bug in the hardware. Processor is being used at 27% +/- 2 What is strange the original router was using only 15-17% of the cpu (other sites (with 4331 routers) also use 15-17% of the cpu)
I am trying to figure it out but so far with no luck.
