Network transfer problem

Recently my company has replaced all switches and routers from cisco to juniper. As such, we've created new vlans and ip addressing on the new juniper network. I've currently been in the process of transferring my servers over to the juniper network, but I'm running into an issue with my domain controller.

The domain controller has 2 connections to the switch, lets say these connections have network IPs of 111.0.0.18 and 111.0.0.34. Now, I can ping them when they're connected to their original cisco switch, but once I move them to the juniper network I can only ping the .34 address. I can NOT ping the .18 and can't figure out what the issue is.

I can tell the routing is right since I can get to the .34 address with no problem. I've checked and confirmed the interface configuration, port security, and acls, and can confirm these are all set correct. Even when I check the arp table on the juniper router it has a correct entry for the domain controller's mac and IP. Any advice on other things I can check to resolve this?

Could you share here configuration from both ports in juniper switch. If possible share here output from commands:

switch on this device are connected.

show ip arp | inc 111.0.0.18
show ip arp | inc 111.0.0.34

show vlan brief

show full configuration of network adapter in your domain controller.

Best regards.
