No hdlc resources

I placed a 2mft controller in an nm-hdv

with 2 resident t1 controllers. The origial controllers have frame. The first controller on the new card is PRI.

When I tried to set up the 4th for T1 I

rececived msg "Not enough HDLC resources(0)" Has anyone had this issue?

If you have an E1 the D channels is the 16 so I you configured 1-15 or less that 15 you are getting this message.

if you put from 1-16 or more that error will not appear.
