NSR disabled for TCP connection because Retransmission threshold exceeded

Hi,

 

I am working in one of ISP, i have observed below error in one of our PE router ASR 9006 

 

customer service was impacted nearly 5 hours.

 

can  any one confirm,

why it's happened?

Is it due to PE router bug?

or it's because of any issue from customer?
