On reset of my DPQ3925 Cisco Router Modem I lost access to the admin password control and I am stuck with the default? I did all the typical google help and tech support from Cisco and the internet service provider cannot figure it out? Apologies if this is a noobish question but I have done the standard admin admin- admin password- admin localpassword tried password with cap, tried all while on wifi connection with default login.
Any more ideas or even a reasonable explanation of how this could even happen?
