One way network issue? No idea how to fix.

Hi, this is a screenshot of my network:

I can successfully ping the PC 1 and 2 (on the very right of the image) from the phone, however I cannot successfully ping the phone from either PC.

This is the error shown when trying to ping the phone from PC1:

For reference, PC1s IP address is 192.168.1.1, and the phone's IP is 192.1.0.100 - set like this:
