OSPF between two office

can i run ospf or eigrp between my two different office connected using ADSL ISP?

is it possible to create tunnel between two office and then advertising both the end tunnel network in the OSPF or EIGRP process?

so when i am going to use BGP in such a case then BGP will establish the EBGP session between both the peers as they are not directly connected but as per tunnel its directly, so in case of BGP i do need ebgp multihop option or it will creat EBGP session with the external peer.
