ASR - 1000 OSPF routes leaking into BGP when a outage occurs on a upsteam devices

Our max number of prefixes is set to 50 by our provide on the PE router, normal operation only 26.

When an outage occurs the max number prefixs is exceeding on the PE and the provide down the connection.

How best to debug this ?
