We have out connection as below.

Core 1 and Core 2 has a default route to firewall. Users behind the core switches are experiencing packet loss/call quality issues during zoom call. When the user connects directly to L2 switch, with default gateway as firewall interface, no packet loss experienced. verified all the interface on the core switches and interface looks clean. Not sure how to proceed further your thoughts please.

We have equal cost eigrp path from core1 and core 2. So users behind core switches has dual path to reach outside.

ASR <-> FW <----L2 Switch -----> Core1

                                                          Core 2

Congestion/Total Output Drops between Layer 2 switch to Core 1/Core 2?

Hi,

No output drops on any interface on the core switch and L2 switch.

Just to be sure, the users connected to Core 1/Core 2 are on the WIRED network and not wireless.  Is this correct?

Yes Leo, they are on wired connection. I am running out of ideas to get this fixed. Any inputs are more than welcome.

I see some drops for the sw forwarding. What does that mean ?

core-1#sh controllers cpu-interface
queue retrieved dropped invalid hol-block
