DHCP Server page is not configured properly; You have Subnet Mask in pace where IP should be; Right now I see "Start IP Address" is 255.255.255. but it should be IP like 10.0.50.x
and then Subnet Mask 255.255.255.x
to make things run faster (better) you can enable PortFast feature on all switches access ports.

Your DHCP server has an IP address in the 192.168.200.0/24 range, with a default gateway in the 192.168.201.0/24 range. Your ip helper-addresses point to the 192.168.200.0/24 range. Change the IP addressing so it matches.
