Hi,
I have 2 SSID on a router and would like them to ping to each other. So I would like to be able to have 2 devices connected one on each SSID and ping to them. How would I do this?
thank you

Hi
Is this Access Point connected to a switch multilayer? I have made it but you need to enable the communication between these 2 networks. The SSID will be associated to different VLANs so you need to enable ip routing on the switch. A router will enable the communication between them automatically. I have made it with Aironet series.
Please check these links:

Hope it is useful

I used that guide to set them up. I was more looking for the commands I would use to ping from a laptop on one SSID to another device connected to the other SSID. My set up is just a 1941w router broadcasting the 2 SSID.

Hi,
What are you meaning with: I was more looking for the commands I would use to ping from a laptop on one SSID to another device connected to the other SSID
You could use.
From command prompt (Windows OS)
ping x.x.x.x <-- remote IP adddress.
But not sure if you are looking for that.

Yes things like that. I was looking up how to do it and I started to confuse myself. If it clears it up more I was looking for how I would ping from one device to another on a separate network.
