Ping Break Problem

Hi There,I have Cisco 851 router and Cisco 100 series switch,

The problem is here when i connect my router to network(Switch) .Ping goes to break .that why internet speed goes very down.

Please suggest me what is exact problem going on.

In my opinion there is some internal network problem,

because there  are five Ethernet wire go out from switch and that connect to netgear wifi router .

so Is this possible  that netgear wifi router giving me this problem.

when i unplug the eternet wire from the swith that is connected with router so router ping ISP network very well.but with network it remain same.
