I got an alert in nnmi and looking further into it I found Cisco Bug: CSCvf75650

Traceback: "i2c fantray mux" failure

when I ran command # show diag all on cisco ASR-920-4SZ-A, I see following lines in the output

Power/Fan Module P0 EEPROM data is not initialized

Power/Fan Module P1 EEPROM data is not initialized

Power/Fan Module P2 EEPROM data is not initialized

what information does these give me?

FAN and PSU use I2C communication to report their status. It's possible that hardware/software issue is present in the router, did you notice any error message in the logs? Can you confirm the status of the LED on FAN Tray? What is the current software version running in the router?
